Here you will find a small variety of tools and information on growth and personal transformation. I can hardly imagine but I am sure this could mean many different things to many different people. You will find at Your Health And Mind a few ways, of many out there in the world today, of improving ourselves and if we wish to help others, whether that is spiritually physically or mentally or all three.

Inner Talk CDs

Play InnerTalk for at least one hour per day. Results are often noticed within a few weeks, although we recommend you listen to your CD for around thirty days or more for maximum enduring effect. These days we are living longer so it’s important to stay fit well and off the medications and out of the hospital for as long as we can. For a positive mental attitude and improvement in all areas of life these Cds are a great kick start and something you can use time and time again.

Chi Kung

Chi Kung, a subtle gentle yet powerful way of keeping fit and well, can help correct numerous aliments and conditions it can be done by young to elder, watching television even sitting down.

Reiki

Reiki is a great way to relax and more and more people are getting to hear of its benefits, some collages run reiki course's and it is used in some hospitals.

There is a lot of information to be found about reiki, what it is what it does, and many people’s opinions to come across. I like to say reiki relaxation because that is what it does. Many people have said that they experience a sense of deep relaxation and come away feeling rejuvenated and have an increase in energy levels.

Tai Chi

Martial Arts are a great way to keep fit - and not all are about fighting each other and competition, there are other martial arts which some regard as the soft martial arts where the environment is relaxed and friendly and no chance of getting hit over the head by a 10oz boxing glove.

The martial arts as a way to keep fit can be very effective and is an excellent way for children to burn of that excess energy. Some find it is something they like to do as a whole family to learn together and have fun and finding new ways of interacting, if you can find a good family oriented instructor you may be eligible for family discounts depending on your circumstances. Tai Chi has numerous exercises for health and fitness and can be practised by young and elder, it is a great way to keep fit and staying young at heart.

For the person that already trains in martial arts Tai Chi can improve your skills, finding an authentic instructor of tai chi close to where you live can be difficult.

Aikido

Aikido is a fairly new martial art it was brought to life around the 1940 it has made its way around the world practised in many countries by all ages, with proper training is an effective self defence system. That a side, it is good for your health, strenuous exercise where you feel you have to keep up with the rest of the class does not seem a major part of many aikido training sessions, every one trains at there own pace in a fun friendly environment in gentle progressive way.
